Ai Tashiro

President

Born in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, in 1975 and currently based in Osaka, my journey in technology began at eight with a NEC PC-8001 mk2, leading to a passion for programming. After studying architecture in university, I shifted to IT, working as a system engineer on diverse projects from telecommunications to store management systems.

In 2001, I expanded my skills into English-Japanese translation, focusing on IT documents, which led to founding a freelance translation business in 2005, catering to major IT manufacturers. This venture laid the groundwork for Think A-Z Inc., established in 2016, which now specializes in English-Japanese translation, web/app development and creative business solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy bass fishing, writing, reading, and a keen interest in leather craftsmanship.
